Scoot and Jacob had their first fight today. They've been skirting around it for a few months now, but it escalated today. All over a piece of furniture.
Scoot has two spots in the living room - the left side of the couch and the recliner. Jacob has all the furniture, and has especially liked the recliner lately. He lays in the seat of it and rolls around laughing. It entertains him for about 15 minutes, which is quite the feat.
This afternoon Jacob was playing in the recliner when Scoot decided he wanted to sit in it too. Jacob stood his ground while yelling trying to push Scoot out, but Scoot countered with kisses. It was quite the battle until Michael yelled, "outside" and Scoot jumped up running for the door. We're going to call it a draw, but Jacob won the chair...which he then decided he didn't want.
